Arkhangelsk court has fined activist Drevarkh Prosvetlyonnyi for participation in the anti-garbage demonstration on April 7

Oktyabrsky District Court of Arkhangelsk has fined activist Andrey Khristoforov, also known as Drevarkh Prosvetlyonnyi (the Enlightened), for 11 thousand rubles due to his participation in an unsanctioned rally on 7 April in Arkhangelsk, said «MBH Media» on 4 June according to Khristoforov’s defender Alexey Kuroptev.

According to Kuroptev, Khristoforov has not been fined yet for his actions at the station Shies, where he doused guards with his urine from a water pistol. He is on the loose. The lawyer told the correspondent of «7x7»said that Drevarkh is being under the inquiry on three violations of the Administrative Code (Article 20.2 about the meetings) and one of the Criminal Code (Article 318 about the violence against authorities).

In the morning of May 31, there was a fight between the private security company guarding the landfill construction and activists opposing this construction at the station Shies. Andrey Khristoforov doused the guards with his urine from a water pistol. The police intervened. On the same day, according to activists, police officers beat Khristoforov and detained him together with another beaten activist Vladimir Vladimirov.
