Tenants of an apartment house in Murmansk got hot water supply a day after they hung a poster on the front of the building with the inscription 'Putin, help, no hot water for a year!'.
On July 18 desperate tenants hung out a poster, the next day it was seized by the police. According to the police, the poster violated the rules for the city improvement.
In autumn of 2016, someone dismantled the pipe leading to the boiler in the neighboring house. The communal workers could not eliminate the breakdown, because they were not allowed into the basement of this house.
