Kirov investigators suspect a 30-year-old resident of the Lesnoy village of Verkhnekamsk district of the Kirov region in distributing audio recordings with extremist content and publicly justifying terrorism.
The man was detained and placed under house arrest during the investigation of the case under part 1 of Article 282 ("Raising hatred or enmity") and part 1 of Article 205.2 ("Calls for the implementation of terrorist activities or the public excuse of terrorism"). According to the investigators, the suspect posted an audio that justified terrorism and intolerance towards people of certain religious views in November 2015.
In 2015, the Russian courts recognized certain songs of the bands "Krovostok", "25/17" and "Corrosion of Metal" as extremist.
