Head of the Oryol information and analytical agency "CenterRus", blogger Dmitry Kraukhin was invited to a conversation with the police about the possible spread of extremist materials.

‘I had to literally force law enforcement officers to take explanations from me. Five minutes after the inquiries began, the employee escaped from the office for 10 or 15 minutes. The fact is that for the first five minutes we tried to find out what my legal status was. I was acquainted with the rights and duties of the witness, the victim and the person involved in the administrative offense. I started to ask who I was. They told me that I was "nobody". I justifiably did not give false testimony and told the truth,’ Krayukhin said.

On the questions of the police officer about whether he owns a page on Facebook named Dmitry Krayukhin, he replied that due to his age peculiaritie she did not remember the exact address of his page with a similar photo, and there were a few more ‘Dmitry Krayukhin’ on the social network.

‘I noticed that the police officers during the operative-search activities established that the page belonged to me. Then why did they need all this? Well, I gave all the explanations. And when I was asked if I wanted to add something, I asked to add that I was very worried about the state of mind of the CPE officer [Center for Countering Extremism at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, center "E"], who conducted these events. They know me very well. Do they really think this case has any judicial perspective? I myself am willing to pay them these 1,5 thousand rubles, so that they drafted these protocols against me and sent them to court,’ Krayukhin concluded.

On March 14, in his blog Dmitry Krayukhin wrote that law enforcement agencies were interested in his Facebook post about "tanks with sails" from the movie "Burnt by the Sun-2" directed by Nikita Mikhalkov.

Law enforcement agencies have not yet instituted administrative cases for the distribution of materials with prohibited symbols in the social network Facebook.

On January 16, another Oryol activist Anna Dulevskaya was called in for questioning for a photo of Orthodox radicals wearing T-shirts with a forbidden slogan about death and Orthodoxy.

On February 2, the Civil Court of Cheboksary sentenced activist of the movement "Open Russia" to a fine of 10,000 rubles for the publication of cadres from the Soviet movie "Ordinary Fascism" with Nazi symbols in the social network "VKontakte".

German tanks with sails from the movie "Burnt by the Sun-2" caused a variety of reactions in the blogosphere after the release of the film and remained one of the most ambiguous scenes in the motion picture of Nikita Mikhalkov.
