At about 3:00 pm on March 28, police officers came to the community center of the organization "Rakurs", which deals with the socio-psychological and legal assistance to the LGBT community. «7x7» was informed about this by a member of the Board of "Rakurs" Oleg Klyuenkov with reference to the lawyer of the organization Alexey Kuroptev.

According to Klyuenkov, the police came after a complaint. Its content is unknown. Police keep five center visitors in the building. Police officers are planning to inspect and withdraw materials from the center. There is a lawyer of the organization on the site.

Ivan Rasputin, head of the Information and Information Relations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Arkhangelsk Region, declined to comment on the information about the police officers who came to "Rakurs". He asked the correspondent of «7x7» to send a written request. To such requests, by law, the authorities can respond within seven days.

The LGBT organization "Rakurs" was founded in 2007 in Arkhangelsk. It protects the rights of lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgender people, and provides them with psychological and cultural support. In December 2014, the court recognized the organization as a foreign agent.

On January 27, volunteers of the "Rakurs" initiative group protested against violence against the LGBT community in Russia.
