On September 4, police officers came to Yuri Koreyev, a 15-year-old resident of Sergino village, Oktyabrsky district of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area, after his comment in social network "VKontakte" in the group "Navalny Surgut". Deputy head of the human rights project "Open Russia" Polina Nemirovskaya reported about this to «7x7».

According to Koreyev, two men came to his apartment in the evening and began to question him about the comment he posted in the "Navalny Surgut" group. Under one of the posts he wrote: "And what if [the action] is not agreed? We still have to come."

Men did not introduce themselves to Koreyev. Later, the boy's mother explained to him that they were police officers. Koreyev clarified that they demanded to delete the comment from the public, and also to leave the group. The police checked if the young man fulfilled their demands. According to the student, the police told him about extremism, warned that he could ruin his life. They demanded to sign a paper with a warning about criminal responsibility. In particular, the warning referred to the responsibility for organizing mass riots and armed insurrection. His parents were advised to conduct a preventive conversation.

Polina Nemirovskaya, the deputy head of the "Open Russia" human rights project, in the called this case "hardcore prophylaxis". She explained that if the student wanted to start a business, it would not matter whether he was warned about criminal responsibility or not, since ignorance of the law does not absolve from responsibility. Besides, criminal responsibility for crimes that were listed in the warning arises from 16 years.

"The courts do not threaten the boy either, the commission on affairs of minors would consider there, and he can not be arrested until 18. The police, apparently, have nothing to do," Nemirovskaya summed up.
