Charges of the Yaroslavl public organization "Peace and Harmony Committee", which do not have their own housing, supported nomination of President Vladimir Putin for a new term. On their letter to the correspondent of «7x7» on December 27 the chairman of the committee Asiya Rezanova reported.

"Yarсube" published their letter to Putin:

"Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich!

God's and the supreme law of the state does not limit the concept of "human" in any way. Yes, we are hobos, homeless people, former convicts, the so-called "excluded social group". But this does not mean that we have ceased to correspond to the category of "human" and that we do not exist. Society is not ready to accept us, people sympathize, but can not solve this problem. We don’t even fall within the scope of your grant. For us there is no feedback. But all this can not be an excuse for inaction of officials. Yes, we do not have housing, registration, there is no bath and disinfectant station. Despite these problems, we were pleased to hear and accept the news that you agreed to run for election on March 18 as a candidate for the presidency of the Russian Federation. We know that your candidacy is supported by all conscious people. We, the homeless from Yaroslavl and the region, support you. We all will vote for you, because we are sure that only you can give us a chance, that you will not leave us.

With faith and hope for victory, initiative group of homeless people from Yaroslavl."

Rezanova, as the chairman of the NGO "Peace and Harmony Committee", supported initiative of her charges, who wrote a letter to Putin. She wrote it down and sent to the president's Internet reception, since the homeless themselves can not access the Internet. There are different people among them who found themselves in a difficult life situation – of no fixed address, lonely old people, former prisoners.

Asiya Rezanova complained that their NGOs have not received a presidential grant since 2014. Now the organization lives at the expense of subsidies from regional authorities and donations from sponsors. The NGO does not have a place to work, so they can not get co-financing from the regional government for their projects.

This year the Yaroslavl homeless have already written an appeal to the International Olympic Committee, which in December 2017 did not allow Russian athletes to perform under the national flag. Homeless people participate in football and basketball competitions, they even interested FIFA.

In the winter of 2014, with the help of a presidential grant, the Peace and Harmony Committee organized a camp for the freezing homeless in Yaroslavl.
